The registration fee for ICEVI-Europe Member/Non-Member covers: Admittance to scientific sessions, Access to technical exhibition, Refreshments during breaks, Lunches, Welcome reception on Sunday, Social event on Wednesday, Conference dinner on Thursday, Pocket programme, Abstract book on USB stick and Participants list.
The registration fee for Sighted Guide covers: Admittance to scientific sessions, Access to technical exhibition, Refreshments during breaks, Lunches, Welcome reception on Sunday, Social event on Wednesday, Conference dinner on Thursday, Pocket programme, Abstract book on USB stick and Participants list.
The registration fee for Accompanying Person covers: Welcome reception on Sunday, Social event on Wednesday and Conference Dinner on Thursday.
Supported PlacesContent: Accommodation at the Boarding School of Spermalie-De Kade will be offered for Supported participants. This school is very close to the conference venue, which they can go to by either foot, or bike.
Breakfast and bed linens will also be offered.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund PolicyAll costs referred to are in EUR (€). All payments must be made in EUR (€) and must be received prior to the conference. Delegates with outstanding payments will be asked for payment on-site, proof of payment or a guarantee by credit card. If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused permission to attend the meeting. The on-line registration site is a secured site. Major credit cards such as VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard are accepted. Payments by wire bank transfer are accepted until 15 June 2017.
Cancellation of meeting registrationIn the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the Organizing Secretariat (Semico) by fax: +32 9 233 85 97 or email: ICEVI@semico.be

All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the meeting.
Liability and Insurance
LiabilityIn the case of Government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the conference to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the meeting and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.
InsuranceRegistration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through cancellation of the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Belgium, failure to utilise tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference organizers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
